The level ensures that the centreline is true top and bottom and the stringlines in place at 2 meters will meet with centre & DWL on each bulkhead. The screws are also in place (just visible at bottom of level on edges) ready for stringlines at WL1200 to meet the marks on each side of each bulkhead.
